...How to feel great!
- Celebrate what’s good about you. We spend a lot of time ‘beating ourselves’ up. It’s not about what you haven’t got, what you’re not doing, and what isn’t working – it’s always about what we are doing right. Celebrate it and feel good about it, and we’re more likely to do more of it!
- Speak to yourself, like you do your best friend – if we do something wrong, we call ourselves all sorts of names, yet with our best friend we are supportive. Be careful of your words, they mark your actions!
- Forget failure. Life is only ever about feedback. Understand that ‘failure’ is an essential part of success. To fail is to have the opportunity to learn how to do it better.
