- Find evidence to prove that you can cope. We often have many successes in our life, that we never bother reliving. Take time to look through the photo album in your head of good experiences. Realise that some of them came out of adversity!
- Expectation becomes reality. We are drawn towards our most dominant thoughts. Be optimistic about outcomes and situations.
