  1. Be practical. The things that cause worry, only do so because we give them power. By taking the power away by confronting and dealing with them puts the power back in our hands!
  1. Take action! Do what it takes to make whatever it is troubling you better. The logic of the ostrich will only ever make things worse.
  1. Be careful of your imagination. We are given an imagination to achieve great things. Unfortunately we use it to create pictures of outcomes and futures that are ‘the worse possible scenarios’. It’s your imagination choose to create different pictures, which in turn lead to different feelings!
